Well, since this is a new endeavor, there have been a lot of questions thrown at me, many of which I have had to answer repeatedly, so I figured I should make a FAQ so that maybe some of the most common ones I won't have to answer quite so often.
Q: What does [i] mean? A: [i] is my way of doing a shorthand for [i]nsignificant Comics. 'Cause it takes a little while to type the whole damn thing out. [i].com refers to www.insignificantcomics.com, not to the literal website [i].com
Q: Do I have to be hosted on [i] to be a member of [i]? A: No! You can be hosted anywhere you want!
Q: Do I have to post an adbox on my site? A: No, only if you want to participate in the adbox program.
Q: Can I be in a different comic collective and still join [i]? A: Yes
Q: What is the ultimate answer to life, the universe, and everything? A: 42.
Q: Is this a webcomic or something? A: No, this is a Comic Collective, we're a group of comics who are coming together to work as a group to help each other all become better, at least that's the theory.
Q: Do I have to participate in XYZ? A: No, you only have to participate in whatever parts of the collective you want to. If you don't want your comic critiqued, don't ask people to critique it, if you don't want to participate in any other event, you don't have to. However the more you participate (hopefully) the more you will become a member of the community and help make you better. All the events, activities, and programs here are meant to help you broaden your audience, improve your comic, and generally be beneficial to you!
